This on-demand course is designed to equip counselors, coaches, case managers, and group leaders to confidently guide others through the Awareness Wheel, a research-based tool developed at the University of Minnesota and used by over 1.5 million people worldwide.

The Wheel helps people slow down and understand their experience through five zones of self-information, so they can work through issues, make better decisions, and resolve conflicts with greater care for themselves and others. It's easy to learn, effective with any life issue, and fits alongside any coaching or counseling approach.

In 10 units (about 3 hours, online and on-demand), you'll learn to:

• Use the Wheel in individual sessions and map issues with a clear 9-step process
• Engage clients body and mind using the Floor SkillsMat
• Teach Center and Breathe to calm reactivity and support self-regulation
• Build Process Coaching skills and lead Awareness Wheel groups
• Facilitate effectively in person or online
