In 2000, TYRO began breaking cycles of self-destruction and teaching people how to own their story in order to move forward. TYRO Founders, Ron and Cathy Tijerina, recognized the need for family support through their own personal story of beating the odds. Now they are leading the charge to strengthen families, communities, lower recidivism, and help people become hirable through the suite of TYRO programs.
